Questions and answers
Which machines does it work with?+
PES for Brother and Babylock, DST for Tajima and most commercial machines, JEF for Janome and Elna, EXP for Bernina and Melco, VP3 for Husqvarna Viking and Pfaff, and XXX for Singer.
What images work best?+
Logos and artwork with clean, solid colours: lettering, badges, icons and flat illustrations. Photos and heavy gradients are simplified into flat thread colours, and the quality check tells you when that happens.
Do I need to know digitizing?+
No. The engine applies the rules professional digitizers use, and the quality check explains any problem in plain words with a one-click fix. You can still change any shape if you want to.
Is my artwork uploaded?+
Not to digitize it: the engine runs inside your browser. Your artwork is only stored if you sign in and save the design.
Is it free?+
